Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order and typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping.
  • Processing time may vary during peak seasons or sales events.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Shipping on all orders!
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-5 business days

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the United States only.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos, and we will work with you on a resolution.

Address Changes & Order Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  • If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
